About Genesis Thrive
A coaching platform that helps students turn potential into momentum for college, careers, and life.
What Genesis Thrive does
Genesis Thrive is an online growth platform built around one idea: the skills that matter most after graduation are the ones school rarely teaches directly. The curriculum walks students through 20 interactive modules on leadership, communication, financial literacy, study habits, career exploration, and personal development. Each module is short enough to finish in a sitting and practical enough to use the same week, and every one is built on the Genesis Framework and closes with reflection and a knowledge check.
Alongside the curriculum, Genesis — the platform's AI coach — is available whenever a student gets stuck. Students can ask about college applications, scholarship essays, choosing a major, building a study routine, or handling a difficult conversation, and get focused, personalized guidance in seconds. Progress is tracked with the Thrive Score, a single measure of real growth rather than grades, and students earn badges and a completion certificate they can share with family, schools, and future employers.
Who it's for
Genesis Thrive is for students in grades 9 through 12 and for college students who want to be ready for whatever comes next — and for the parents and guardians who support them. Families stay involved: students under 18 complete a parental consent step before their account is activated, so no one is left out of the loop.
High school students
Grades 9–12 building a record, a skill set, and a plan for what comes next.
College students
Finding direction, sharpening practical skills, and getting ready for the working world.
Parents & guardians
Kept in the loop through the platform's built-in parental consent and visibility step.
Who builds it
Genesis Thrive is built by KMS, the team behind the Genesis Framework. The platform and its curriculum are developed in-house, with the goal of making life-readiness training available to every student — not only those with private coaches or well-connected families. Every module is written to be practical, age-appropriate, and immediately useful, and the program is refined over time based on feedback from the students, parents, and educators who use it.
